Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, has announced their new DLC ! Oh wait it's of old maps. Yes, you heard it right.... they are releasing another over priced DLC! Seems to be a trend of making quick cash for the studio. In my honest to god opinion, the gaming industry has turned the DLC market into something gaudy. Not only are they releasing half pint, baby spit up, green turd-ed DLC but they are taking organs for barter to obtain this DLC.
I remember when people said they're is going to be such innovation with the high speed internet connection through consoles. Adding alternate endings, finishing unfinished game content, fixing glitches - things that the studio could do to help the customer. Yet.... let me take the blue pill on this one. Gamers will do anything to get a fix for video gaming - in fact, I will go as far as the only thing separating a gamer from a drug addict is that most gamers wont suck a dick to get their fix.
In summation, nothing is going to happen when this company does this. Infinity ward has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel - the shitty DLC they release is just life support.
