Infinity ward not afraid of BattleField: Bad Company 2

DICE's Bad Company 2 has been doing really well right now number wise with a bunch of people putting down Modern Warfare 2 and moving on to EA's new BattleField game, which I personally think is better.

But in an interview over at CVG Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling told them that he was confident that no other war FPS would topple theirs.

We've been number one since launch and this map pack [Stimulus - released today] is going to bring even more people to playing MW2 and extend their play time. I don't see it slipping any time soon."

Its funny though, every time Infinity Ward does something, they piss people off, but people still support them. There was a huge backlash when they announced how much the stimulus package DLC would cost, but everyone knows people will buy it and it makes us look ridiculous. I really hope gamers don't pay 15 bucks to go back and play three maps, I would hope the gaming community was better than that, but I guess not.
