Rumors are flying and fan boys are crying. Apparently the recently released Bioshock 2 DLC, Sinclair Solutions Test Pack wasn't really downloadable content and merely unlocked content that was already on the disk.
The small size of the file is the reason for the suspicion. The file is a measly 180kb. The official forums are on fire with gamers bitching about this, with one poster believing that the DLC should be labeled "unlockable content" instead of downloadable content.
This is a fucking low blow on 2ks part. I feel that the content should be part of the initial purchase if its on the disk gamers bought. It would not be such a big deal if the DLC was free, but its not. What pricks.
